­­DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (ET) on March 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on April 11, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: During the submission phase, complete and submit this entry form including a valid email address.

ENTRIES: Limited to one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted by Bird whose decisions are final. One (1) winner will win one (1) Bird 4480A RF Wattmeter. Winner will be notified via phone or email.  Winner will be announced on April 16, 2025.

WINNER REQUIREMENTS: If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not comply with these Official Rules, or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up, if any, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only three (3) alternate winners may be determined, after which that applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use each winner’s name, location, likeness, photo, Submission and/or prize information for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. Without limited the generality of the Official Rules, winners shall irrevocably grant, transfer, convey and assign to Sponsor the entirety of the right in and to the Submission and all renewals and extension of copyright, and the right to secure copyright registrations thereto in perpetuity including, without limitation, the rights to use the Submission for any and all purposes in any and all media whether known or hereafter developed, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity. Winners accept and acknowledge that Sponsor shall not be obligated to use the Submission and that Sponsor in its sole discretion shall have the right to refrain from any exploitation of its rights hereunder.

PRIZE: Prize is non-transferrable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize receipt and/or use. Limit: One (1) prize per person.

ELGIBILITY: The Promotion is open worldwide to those with a valid email address. Employees of the Sponsor and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.
